Jennifer Hicks

Jennifer Hicks

I joined the ICC governing body in October 2019 as a Staff Governor. I am Head of History and Citizenship at Icknield Community College, and also enjoy teaching Health and Social Care. I strive, in all my roles, to help ensure that our students are all able to achieve their full potential and to go on to flourish in the wider world. I am passionate about the role that education can play in opening doors and providing a wide range of opportunities for our young people.

I really value having the opportunity to serve as a governor, and hope to help my school to support all of its staff and students as effectively as possible.
